The DIALOG project is developing a digital assistant to support air traffic controllers in managing increasingly complex traffic while staying focused on what matters most: safety-critical decisions.
Using speech recognition, machine learning, and behavioural data, DIALOG’s Teamwork Assistant monitors controllers’ workload and attention, adapting its support to the situation at hand. Developed hand-in-hand with operational experts, it aims to ensure that AI acts as a trusted teammate — not just a tool.
