Simon presented key insights from a study conducted by students from the university\u2019s <strong data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1315\">Ethics in AI course<\/strong>, including Giulio Mecacci, Banu Buruk, Pim Haselager, and others.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1722\">The study critically assessed <strong data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1454\">DIALOG\u2019s alignment with the EU AI Act<\/strong>, identifying potential legal and ethical risks while providing recommendations to ensure compliance. These insights are particularly valuable as DIALOG advances in the development of <strong data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1652\">AI systems<\/strong> designed to <strong>enhance human-AI collaboration in Air Traffic Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"2161\">By ensuring compliance with the EU AI Act and other ethical standards, <strong data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"1840\">DIALOG\u2019s AI-driven teamwork assistant<\/strong> can seamlessly support air traffic controllers, optimizing workload management and anticipating assistance needs based on <strong data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"1993\">real-time data and context<\/strong>. This approach guarantees a more <strong data-start=\"2027\" data-end=\"2072\">efficient, safe, and adaptive interaction<\/strong> between controllers and AI systems, directly impacting air traffic
