A major step forward in our mission to create intelligent AI systems that understand and support human performance in operational environments.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"1091\"><strong data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"716\">Can brain data really help AI assist air traffic controllers?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"1091\">At DIALOG, we believe it can \u2014 and our latest milestone proves just how close we\u2019re getting.<br data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"814\" \/>A few weeks ago, the <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"857\">mbt Conference 3.0<\/strong> in Belgrade brought together top neuroscientists and neurotechnology experts for three days of intense discussion and innovation around <em data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1006\">mobile EEG<\/em> \u2014 a method that allows brain activity to be measured in real-life, dynamic contexts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1192\">This isn\u2019t just theory \u2014 it\u2019s exactly the kind of science DIALOG is turning into operational tools.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1468\"><strong data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1263\">DIALOG Takes the Stage: Real-World Neuroscience in Action<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1468\">Our project partner <strong data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1308\">Anne-Marie Brouwer<\/strong> from <strong data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1336\">Radboud University<\/strong> was invited as a keynote speaker at the event, sharing insights from both the <strong data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1430\">TeamMetrics<\/strong> programme and the <strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1467\">DIALOG project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1685\">In her talk, she presented how brain data collected during <em data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1565\">team-based UAV control experiments<\/em> \u2014 with real operators in realistic conditions \u2014 is now powering the development of our <strong data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1684\">AI-based Teamwork Assistant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1717\">This assistant is designed to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1954\">\n<li data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1790\">\n<p data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1790\"><em data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1790\">Monitor air traffic controllers\u2019 workload and attention in real time<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1875\">\n<p data-start=\"1793\" data-end=\"1875\"><em data-start=\"1793\" data-end=\"1875\">Adapt support strategies accordingly, based on cognitive and operational context<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"1954\">\n<p data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1954\"><em data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1954\">Foster trust and enhance safety by offering timely, human-aware assistance<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2226\"><strong data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"1990\">Why this matters to us<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2226\">Understanding how controllers think, react, and manage complexity isn\u2019t just valuable \u2014 it\u2019s essential. In the high-pressure world of air traffic management, even a small moment of cognitive overload can have critical consequences.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2228\" data-end=\"2262\">That\u2019s why DIALOG is
