Last month, the DIALOG project<\/strong> was proudly presented at the Aerospace Medical Association (AsMA) 2024 conference held in Atlanta from June 1 to 6. Our project partner, Anne-Marie from Radboud University, organized and led a panel titled \u201cWhat goes on in the mind \u2013 Mental state monitoring using physiological measures in aerospace\u201d<\/strong> on June 4.<\/p>\n

During the panel, she presented key findings from the DIALOG\/Team Metrics RESCHU study, focusing on monitoring attention during semi-realistic multi-UAV tasks<\/strong>. The study demonstrated that attention to task-related speech and other stimuli can be effectively tracked using multiple physiological signals, including EEG, skin conductance, heart rate, and facial expressions, in a lifelike UAV control environment.<\/p>\n

These advancements highlight the DIALOG project’s commitment to developing AI-driven, human-centric solutions to enhance mental state awareness and safety in aerospace operations.<\/p>\n
