ATCOs manage one of the most complex real-time dialogues in the world, coordinating pilots, systems, and airspace with precision, focus, and calm under pressure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"1155\">At <strong data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"768\">DIALOG<\/strong>, we celebrate their commitment and their contribution to aviation safety.
