EALU-AER successfully showcased its unmanned flight ecosystem<\/strong> project at Airspace World 2024<\/a>, held in Geneva, Switzerland from March 19th to 21st. The event, known as the largest and most influential airspace and near-space management event globally, provided a valuable platform for EALU-AER to connect with industry leaders and demonstrate its innovative solutions.<\/p>\n

Unveiling the Irish Unmanned Ecosystem<\/strong>
\nEALU-AER participated in the SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking<\/a> Walking Tours on March 20th, offering attendees a detailed look at the unmanned flight ecosystem established in Ireland. The tour highlighted the critical role of Collins Aerospace’s surveillance and communication systems in enabling seamless Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations, seamlessly integrated with Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems.<\/p>\n

Engaging Presentations and Demonstrations<\/strong>
\nEALU-AER’s presence extended to the Collins Aerospace<\/a> booth (C26), where Javier Camacho Font<\/strong> delivered a presentation titled “Creating an unmanned flight ecosystem<\/strong>“. This presentation was followed by a live demonstration of the Collins Aerospace U-Space platform<\/strong> for EALU-AER’s Phase 2 and Phase 3 operations.<\/a><\/p>\n

Additionally, drone operators<\/strong> expressed interest in joining EALU-AER’s operations, and many attendees eager to see the project in action were encouraged to attend future demonstrations of the next phases.<\/p>\n
