The project explored the feasibility of reducing flight crew in large commercial aircraft, equipped with today\u2019s cockpit technologies, and nevertheless while <strong>maintaining an equivalent level of safety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>The project<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">eMCO-SiPO developed a <strong>risk-assessment framework for Extended Minimum-Crew Operations<\/strong> (eMCO)<strong> and Single-Pilot Operations<\/strong> (SiPO), analysing safety hazards.
