Our partner, <\/span>CIRA<\/a> – the Italian Aerospace Research Centre<\/span><\/b><\/span>, has presented JARVIS\u2019 second solution, the Air Traffic Control Digital Assistant (ATC-DA), at the <\/span>Farnborough International Airshow 2024<\/a><\/b><\/span>.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Held from 20 to 24 July in Farnborough, UK, the event is a platform for showcasing the latest advances in aerospace technology and innovation, connecting the global aerospace industry and promoting developments in aviation technology.

A Highlight at the Airshow<\/b><\/p>\n

During the event, JARVIS\u2019 partner <\/span>Gabriella Gigante<\/b>, leading the ATC-DA team, had the opportunity to demonstrate the features of the ATC-DA to the <\/span>Italian Minister of Defence, Guido Crosetto<\/b>. The presentation highlighted JARVIS’s path towards the development and validation of three new <\/span>AI-powered digital assistants<\/b>, an innovative approach in the aviation industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

Introducing the ATC Digital Assistant<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The ATC Digital Assistant is designed to <\/span>assist air traffic controllers in a variety of operations<\/b>: integration of new entrants, growing interconnections, optimized environmentally friendly decisions, and overall efficiency of air transport. <\/span>
\nAdditionally,<\/span> AI-based data-driven algorithms<\/b><\/span> support operators in different roles and phases of flight, significantly reducing the workload associated with busy tasks. This innovation represents a significant leap forward in the management of air traffic and operational efficiency.
