This peer-reviewed article presents a systematic review on the use of neurophysiological techniques to assess human factors in Industry 5.0 environments. The study examines EEG, eye-tracking, EDA, and ECG methods for monitoring cognitive and emotional states such as workload, stress, attention, and trust. Findings reveal a significant gap in trust and collaboration analysis, limited real-world validation, and underexplored multimodal integration. The paper highlights opportunities for expanding real-world applications, standardizing methodologies, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, aiming to advance human-centered industrial systems.
