The final event of the SESAR-funded ASTAIR and HYPERSOLVER projects is set to take place on Wednesday 20 November 2025, at the ENAC facilities in Toulouse (France), from 9:30 until 5:00 PM.

This joint dissemination event, titled The future of connected and automated ATM will offer a detailed look at the cutting-edge contributions that the projects are bringing to the next generation of ATM. As key components of the SESAR Flagship “Connected and Automated ATM”, ASTAIR and HYPERSOLVER are defining a future where hyper-connectivity and advanced automation ensure greater safety, efficiency and scalability across the European sky.

Participation in the event is free but registration is mandatory for everyone, regardless of the chosen mode (onsite or remote). The deadline to complete the registration form is 11 November. Fill the form: https://forms.gle/R73yNxSbLFor4wwC7

A hybrid event format

To maximize participation, the event is structured into two distinct parts with different access modes:

MORNING SESSION: streamed presentations and deep dive (onsite and remote)

The first part of the day is dedicated to high-level knowledge sharing and strategic discussion and will be accessible both onsite and via live online streaming:

  • Project results: in-depth sessions dedicated to presenting the conceptual principles, final results, conclusions and recommendations of both ASTAIR and HYPERSOLVER.
  • Technical deep dive talk: a specialist technical talk on “The feasibility and future of AI in ATM” that will address the possibilities and limitations of advanced Artificial Intelligence techniques (such as Deep RL) in the ATM context.

AFTERNOON SESSION: exclusive onsite experience

The afternoon session, starting from 14:00 CET, will be reserved exclusively for onsite attendees and will offer a unique opportunity for practical interaction, by visiting the ACHIL Platform. Onsite participants will have the chance to directly experience and test the solutions developed by both projects firsthand.
