This deliverable presents an overview of ground operations in targeted airports (ParisCharles de Gaulle, Amsterdam Schiphol and Frankfurt) including their operations as well as the involved actors and systems. Based on results from several workshops with stakeholders, the document identifies eight baseline Use Cases (UC) and relevant tasks that could be automated. These initial activities will produce initial scenarios for the design of new algorithms and interaction for the remainder of the project.
