This phase of the process aims to support preparation of the organisation – its environment, procedures and workers – for the upcoming changes caused by the new reconfiguration scenario, through the support of a set of Tools. Moreover, this stage of the change process focuses on the collection of information to be able to tailor the Reconfiguration Management Plan  in a second moment.
