From May 12 to May 16, ASTAIR held its final evaluation sessions at ENAC. During the week, four air traffic controllers tested the new supervision system developed within the project. The controllers managed various traffic scenarios in a realistic simulation environment, contributing to a total of eight hours of human-in-the-loop data collection.
The evaluation marked a significant milestone in validating ASTAIR’s innovative approach to air traffic management automation.
