Every year, International ATC Day reminds us of the crucial role played by Air Traffic Controllers (ATCOs) in maintaining the safety and efficiency of global aviation. ATCOs manage one of the most complex real-time dialogues in the world, coordinating pilots, systems, and airspace with precision, focus, and calm under pressure.
At DIALOG, we celebrate their commitment and their contribution to aviation safety. Our project is dedicated to advancing the next generation of Human–AI teaming in Air Traffic Management.
By combining intent recognition and cognitive-state monitoring, DIALOG is designing digital assistants capable of understanding when to provide support and when to step back — much like a trusted teammate.
As we honour the professionals who keep the skies safe, we continue developing intelligent systems that adapt to their needs and strengthen their decision-making.
