The ÉALÚ-AER Consortium is pleased to announce the in-presence Workshop: Exploring ÉALÚ-AER, The Full-Scale U-space Demonstrator In Ireland, taking place on 12 November 2024 in Rome (Italy) from 14:00 to 17:15.

This workshop will gather key stakeholders to discuss and explore the latest advancements in U-space architecture operations and their integration with Air Traffic Management (ATM).

About the ÉALÚ-AER Project:

ÉALÚ-AER, now entering its third and final year, is a project funded by SESAR Joint Undertaking under the European Union’s Connecting Europe Facility programme. The project aims to demonstrate U-space operations and their integration with Air Traffic Control using world-class drone traffic management technologies. A major milestone of ÉALÚ-AER is the establishment of Ireland’s first Digital Sky Demonstrator, located at the Future Mobility Campus vertiport site in Shannon, Ireland.

Workshop Objectives:

  • Share awareness of the ÉALÚ-AER project’s ongoing activities and early results;
  • Foster knowledge exchange with other U-space projects:
  • Discuss key recommendations from ÉALÚ-AER demonstration activities.

Why Attend?

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Attend a live demonstration of the technologies implemented at the vertiport located in Shannon, Ireland;
  • Engage in a working session to discuss the potential uses of the demonstrator in their own projects;
  • Share their ideas on how they would like to leverage the ÉALÚ-AER U-space architecture for future initiatives.
